(Hanna Simone and Elly Bird are a vocal/guitar partnership, as well as writer/producer in the Milwaukee area. Hanna and Elly are collaborating on Simone's 2026 EP "Love Letter". 

They have performed live shows together for 6 years throughout the midwest. They have played Summerfest, American Family Field, Summer Soulstice, Summer Sounds, and Sheboygan's Levitt Amp Series. They also completed their first tour in May 2025 playing shows in Arkansas, Tennessee, Louisiana, and Texas. The combination of Elly's dynamic rhythm guitar and Hanna's vulnerable lyricism with a soulful voice create a powerful experience.) 

 

Hanna and Elly met through mutual friends in 2018, and began recording amateur covers for Youtube and Instagram. They share a passion and interest in songwriters and love to share that with audiences alongside their original material. In 2023, Hanna and Elly were featured by Milwaukee PBS on their Rhythm Cafe series, alongside artists like Stephen Hull, Ben Mulwana, Jacob Slade, and Malik Johnson, aka 99TheProducer. They performed stripped down versions of "Left Unsaid" and "Spaceship", the title track of the 2022 album. They have been featured on Riverwest Radio, Marquette University Radio, WMSE, and 88.9 Radio Milwaukee as well. Their full band was also nominated for best blues band by Shepherd Express in 2023.

They have also released singles like "One Shot", "Only She Knows", "Sunday Offering", and "Justified" as a partnership. The newest creation is "Love Letter" that will be released in May 2026.
